As a growing business, there are periods when the workload increases significantly, particularly during festive sales. Preparing large quantities of inventory for Amazon, Flipkart, and other warehouses requires coordination, time, and a team willing to work together.
During one such busy festive sale, the TeaFit team had a substantial amount of inventory to prepare for dispatch. The work was piling up, and the team needed extra time to get our instant tea premix ready.
It was a Sunday, but some of the women on the team volunteered to come in and help.
They took the initiative themselves, recognising what needed to be done and stepping in to support the team. Their contribution helped with the preparation of inventory during a particularly demanding period.
For the founder, seeing the team take that initiative was a meaningful moment. To thank them for their effort, he offered each person a TeaFit product of their choice.
