3 Questions Customers Frequently Ask Us About TeaFit

When customers discover TeaFit, they often have a few questions before placing an order. Is it really an unsweetened instant chai? What kind of milk does it contain? And how do you prepare it?

These are some of the questions our team hears regularly. So, if you're trying TeaFit for the first time, here are a few things worth knowing.

1. Is TeaFit's Instant Chai Really Unsweetened?

This is one of the most common questions we get, and it's a fair one. With so many beverages making different claims about sugar and sweeteners, it's natural to want to know what's actually in your cup.

The easiest way to find out is to check the ingredient list on the product packaging. Our unsweetened chai premixes are made without maltodextrin or artificial sweeteners. The complete ingredient list and nutritional information can help you understand what's in a particular blend.

It's also worth knowing that unsweetened and sugar-free instant tea don't always mean the same thing. If you're monitoring your sugar intake, we recommend checking the nutritional information for the specific product you're choosing.

We believe customers should be able to understand what goes into their everyday cup of instant chai without sugar without having to guess.

2. What Kind of Milk Does TeaFit Use in Its Milk Tea Powder?

The answer depends on which TeaFit chai you're choosing.

For our instant milk teas, the milk blend is already included in the healthy milk tea powder. For example, TeaFit Karak Tea contains milk powder, so you don't need to add fresh milk to prepare it. Just add hot water, stir, and your cup is ready.

Other unsweetened instant chai premixes may have different preparation requirements, including the option to add your own milk or water. That's why it's worth checking the ingredients and instructions for the particular product you're using.

One more thing customers sometimes wonder about is whether milk contains sugar. Milk naturally contains lactose, a type of sugar. This is different from adding sugar or another sweetener to your drink.

Understanding the ingredients in your premix, along with anything you add yourself, can help you make an informed choice.

3. How Do I Prepare My Instant Chai?

One of the best things about TeaFit is how simple it is to prepare a cup. For most of our products, all you need is your sachet, hot water, and a little stirring.

For TeaFit instant karak chai, for example, it takes just three steps:

Step 1: Tear open one sachet and empty the powder into a cup.

Step 2: Add 150 ml of hot water. Boiling water works well for preparing a strong cup of karak chai.

Step 3: Stir for around 30 seconds until the powder is properly mixed.

That's it!

Prefer your chai stronger? Try using 100 ml of hot water. If you prefer a lighter cup, use 200 ml instead.

While the preparation process is similar for most of our products, the recommended quantities and instructions can vary by blend. You can always check the preparation instructions printed on your product packaging to make sure you're preparing your drink correctly.
