This collection is the opposite of that. Four authentic Japanese teas, sourced directly, processed with the kind of attention that makes the difference between green tea and great tea.

Ceremonial Matcha — The highest grade, sourced from Uji, Japan, and certified under the Japanese Agricultural Standards (JAS) for organic farming. Made from the youngest, most tender leaves of the first harvest. The taste is smooth and umami-rich, with a natural sweetness and a clean, vibrant finish. Our MicroMill™ process grinds the leaves to an ultra-fine particle size — fine enough that the powder dissolves smoothly without a whisk. Each sachet is pre-portioned and sealed against light, so colour and potency stay intact until the moment you open it.
Culinary Matcha — Same Uji farm. Same JAS organic certification. Built for a different purpose. Where ceremonial matcha is meant to be tasted alone, culinary grade is selected for a bolder profile that holds its character against milk, fruit, protein, and batter. The matcha that doesn't disappear into your iced latte, your pre-workout shake, or your weekend baking.
Matcha Latte — Our ceremonial-grade Uji matcha, pre-blended with unsweetened real milk powder for the times you want a complete cup in 60 seconds. Vibrant green, velvety smooth, with the natural umami of the leaf intact. No sugar, no sweeteners, no shortcuts. Tasting notes: umami, almond, sweet and fruity.
Hojicha — A Japanese green tea roasted over heat. The roasting takes away the sharpness of green tea and brings out notes of toasted grain and light caramel. Naturally low in caffeine because heat softens the leaf. The cup you reach for in the evening, after dinner, when you want something warm and easy without a buzz that follows you to bed.
